Refund Eligibility
1- We accept refund requests within 3 days of receiving your order.
2- To initiate a refund, please contact us at shopyure@gmail.com within this period with your order details.
Conditions
Items must be UNWORN, UNUSED, UNWASHED, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item and refund credited to your bank account or InstaPay.
Shipping Costs
1- The shipping cost of returning the item will be paid by the customer.
2- Original shipping fees 75 are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
1- Accessories are not eligible for refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund Process
1- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
2- Refund are issued to your bank account or InstaPay upon your request.
3- through send us an email inform us the bank details or we can also transfer refund to IntsaPay. Please allow a few working days for the amount to reflected in your account.
Please note that bank transfer may takes 14 working days to reflected depands on the bank regulation.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery time take from 2-5 business days depending on your location.

We are currently ship to Cairo & Giza only, availability to cover all cities will be announced soon.

4- How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5- What happens if I’m unavailable at delivery?
Please make sure of your availability when you receiving the order.
We will confirm the order before shipping, if we didn’t receive any confirmation for the customer order will be cancelled.
The courier will attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule, if there is no response the order will be cancelled.
6- What is the available payment methods?
Currently we only offer Cash On Delivery.
Exchange Policy
1- Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2- What items are eligible for exchange?
Items must be:
Unworn and unwashed.
In original condition.
With tags and packaging.
3- What items are not eligible for exchange or return?
Accessories are not eligible to refund due to hygiene reasons.
4- Can I exchange for a different size or item?
Yes, exchanges are subject to item availability and the shipping cost will be applied to the customer.
5- Who covers the exchange or return shipping fees?
Exchange or Return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
Refund Policy
1- Do you offer refunds on the purchase?
We totally care about customers satisfaction, if you want to refund your item just email us at shopbyyure@gmail.com within 2 days after received your order you can initiate a refund, Please Note that refund after this time are not eligible to return.
2- How you can initial a refund?
Send an Email to shopbyyure@gmail.com inform us with the order number, Item you want to refund or exchange and we will inspect it and proceed the refund.
3- How you can receive your refund amount?
In order to facilitate the refund process we offer bank transfer or Instapay upon the consumer request, after item inspection and refund accepted we will email you to inform us which method you desire to receive your refunded amount, please make sure all details are clearly mentioned to proceed the refund transaction correctly.
